Not someone I trust with my money anymore. They seem to be incapable of scheduling recurring payments at the requested times, will move money between you accounts without authorization, make payments on loans instead of depositing checks in the requested accounts (even if you've already made your payment for that month, and are otherwise in good standing). Their practices are unprofessional and likely illegal.
